Sun or snow?
Why not both.

Snowshoe up to a mountain hut or enjoy a sunny winter walk – around Kastelbell/Castelbello, you can do both. While the Sonnenberg mountain stays mostly snow-free in winter, the Nörderberg on the opposite side of the valley offers beautifully snow-covered trails.

Peaceful
winter moments

As we make our way through the nature park, embraced by the majestic Ortler mountains, everything slows down. Snowshoeing becomes a meditative journey – especially in the quiet side valleys like Schnalstal (15 minutes away) and Martelltal (around 30 minutes).

Planning a ski trip? Several ski areas are within an hour’s drive from innea. And for family fun in the snow, we’re happy to lend out sleds – free of charge.

Magical winter sightseeing

The submerged church tower in the Reschensee Lake is a popular destination in summer – but in winter, its magic truly comes alive. It’s quieter, more peaceful, and just as fascinating. The village of Graun/Curon is about an hour’s drive from innea and easily reached by bus.

Also worth a visit: the medieval town of Glurns/Glorenza, South Tyrol’s smallest city, and the many castles and museums scattered throughout the Venosta Valley.

Feel the magic of Christmas

A warm mug of mulled wine or tea, the glow of an open fire, festive music in the air, and time shared with loved ones – this is what Christmas markets are made of. With the Südtirol Guest Pass, travel by bus and train to the famous markets in Meran/Merano and Bozen/Bolzano at no cost.

Closer to innea, you’ll find charming holiday markets in Schlanders/Silandro and within the medieval walls of Glurns/Glorenza.

Slow down. Feel good.

After a day in the snow, we retreat to our holiday home, put our feet up and relax. Our apartments are designed for pure comfort: cool stone and dark accents meet warm wood and soft lighting.

It’s that mix of calm and cosiness that makes winding down so simple here.
