We’re Tamara and Martin, with our two kids, Emma and Noah. We love the first blossoms of spring and the stillness of winter, the golden light of autumn and those warm summer nights.
Our farm with holiday apartments is nestled among apple orchards and vineyards in Galsaun/Colsano, right on the historic Via Claudia Augusta – a well-loved cycling route. Our family has been working this land since 1918. Today, we grow Gala, Pinova, Golden Delicious, Ambrosia and Envy apples, as well as Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. Working in and with nature is what we love – and since 2025, we’re delighted to finally share this passion with our guests.
Nature in a jar
We preserve what the seasons give us – so we can enjoy our apples, berries and herbs even when the fields lie quiet. We dry, simmer, and bottle the flavours of our farm for the colder months. Fruit preserves, dried fruit, syrups and our own apple juice – You’ll find these farm-made products available for purchase in our guest lounge.
Life on our farm
We may not fit the typical South Tyrolean image – you won’t often catch us in dirndls or traditional blue aprons – but we’re passionate farmers through and through. Young, grounded, and full of fresh ideas, we love working with our hands, being outdoors, and growing honest, real food.
We’re all about keeping things simple and soulful – enjoying the peace of the countryside, while also loving a good get-together.
